We are looking for a dentist who wants to make a difference!

Main Responsibilities and Tasks

At Folktandvården Floda, you will meet patients of all ages with various care needs.

As a dentist with us, you play an important role in ensuring that patients feel well received and secure during their visit. You will utilize your entire skill set while the position also requires creativity, empathy, and a sense of service.

The staff currently consists of 20 employees, including 1 receptionist, 11 dental nurses, 2 hygienists, and 6 dentists of varying ages.

Floda is located 26 km from Gothenburg. It is easy to reach us as we have good bus and train connections with frequent departures directly to the clinic. Your role includes:

• Working both independently and collaboratively with your colleagues in the treatment room.
• Conducting both simpler examinations and more advanced treatments, as well as emergency dental care.
• Being the team's specialist in oral diagnostics.

Qualifications and Profile

• Licensed dentist, preferably with a few years of experience
• Interest in both pediatric and adult dentistry
• Proficiency in the Swedish language equivalent to Swedish high school or Swedish C1 in both spoken and written form
• Able to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely
• Capable of presenting a stable and calm demeanor even when busy
• Able to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner

If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during your first year. The mentoring program is part of our three-year development program with up to 18 days of professional development.

About the Recruitment Process

If you are not already employed with us, you will be contacted by a recruiter from the HR unit for an interview. After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for an interview at the clinic.

If you, as an applicant, have education/degree from another EU/EEA country than Sweden and lack references, it may be necessary to complete supplementary theoretical and clinical work samples as part of the recruitment process.
